All orders are shipped 2 to 5 business days after your purchase is confirmed
The time of arrival in each city depends 100% on the Coordinadora transport company and the client must follow up on their package; Once our AGUACOCO team has made your shipment (in the times stipulated above), a guide will be sent with which you can follow up.
There may be a series of delays, damages or losses in the time of transport of the merchandise.
AGUACOCO is not responsible for the aforementioned events, the transport company is the one who takes charge of the events that may happen.
Only one change per garment is allowed.
The company that transports international orders is FedEx and DHL, the order's transit time may take depending on the connections that the company establishes, it takes between 3-6 days.
CHANGE POLICY
All our garments (not products with discounts or offers in current offers), have up to 6 calendar days after the purchase to exchange for size or color.
The garments in promotion, do not have change.
What should you take into account to make your change?
- The product must be in perfect condition (unused and clean) and cannot be modified from its original state (cut parts, applied accessories or customized by the customer). It must keep labels, tags and the packaging in which it was shipped. AGUA COCO reserves the right to accept returns and exchanges.
- The cost of shipping to our central headquarters is borne by the consumer, who should send us the garment in perfect condition.
- We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
- Exchanges must be made for products of the same or higher value (in which case any excess will be charged).
Below, we detail the process to follow:
- Report the request for change through our email address e-mail enviosydevolucionesac@gmail.com
- Verify the availability of the new product to be received.
- Pay the overpayment if applicable to your case. We will not refund excess in case the product ordered is of lesser value.
- Send the product to be exchanged to the address provided in the e-mail response to your request.
- After AGUA COCO receives the garment that arrives for exchange, it will validate the conditions of the garment and if it meets the terms and conditions for it, in accordance with this policy, it will proceed with the dispatch of the new product (this process may take 10 working days).
RETURN POLICY
Refunds are generated in the following situations:
- The client exercises his right of withdrawal.
- The customer requests a full refund due to one or more shortages in his order
- The customer requests a partial refund due to one or more shortages in his order.
GUARANTEE POLICY
Our garments have 30 days’ warranty from the moment you receive the product. After this time, we do not accept claims of merchandise for any reason.
The garments that present claims in which case it is evident that there is misuse of the product, bad washing, ironing and/or drying process, AGUA COCO reserves the right to accept the warranty process, in the same conditions under which it has been received and shipped, the garment must be in perfect condition, clean, with its complete label, WITHOUT its hygienic protector and without marks of use or washing. It cannot have modifications, in its original state. It must be returned in its packaging. Upon receipt of the swimsuit, it will be analyzed by the quality personnel to make the respective verification and in this way proceed to the exchange of the swimsuit. and thus proceed to the exchange of the garment.
- No exchanges are made on discounted garments.
- No reimbursement of money is made
- No changes are made to light-colored garments (White-Ivory).
- Only one change per garment is allowed
