SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
SHIPPING
- The estimated minimum shipping time is 5 to 8 business days. This period may be extended depending on the volume of orders received.

All orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after your purchase is confirmed. However, these times do not apply during promotions or special industry events such as Cyber Monday, Cyber Days, Hot Sale, Black Friday, CyberSanta, Big Sale, among others. During these periods, delivery times are between 5 to 8 business days depending on the volume of orders. In any case, delivery will not exceed fifteen (15) business days from the time the order was placed.
- Orders are shipped via FedEx / DHL, an external logistics operator contracted by AGUACOCO. The operator is 100% responsible for the safe delivery of the products within the agreed timeframe. Standard delivery time is 5 to 8 business days from the day after the order has been dispatched. This may vary due to customs holds or delays by local authorities.
- All duties and taxes assessed by the destination customs office are the client’s responsibility.
RETURNS
Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:
1. The client exercises their right of withdrawal.
2. The client requests a full refund due to one or more missing items in their order.
3. The client requests a partial refund due to one or more missing items in their order.
EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICY
EXCHANGES
• The time period to request an exchange is 6 days after your order has arrived, which is the product’s warranty period.
• The item to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received and shipped. The swimsuit must be in perfect condition, clean, with its full tag, WITH its hygienic protector, and without any signs of use or washing. It cannot have modifications and must remain in its original state.
• Exchange requests must be made via email to enviosydevolucionesac@gmail.com. This is the only valid channel for the process.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping costs are covered by the customer. Upon receipt, the swimsuit will be inspected by the quality control team to verify the request and proceed with the exchange if approved.
Additional conditions:
• Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
• Due to the personal nature of swimsuits, no monetary refunds are made, and the right of withdrawal does not apply.
• Warranty exchanges are not applicable to accessories.
• Only one exchange is permitted per item.
WARRANTIES
• Our garments have a 30-day warranty starting from the date the product is received. After this period, no claims will be accepted under any circumstances.
• Garments with issues that clearly result from misuse, improper washing, ironing, and/or drying processes will not be eligible for warranty. AGUACOCO reserves the right to deny warranty claims in such cases. Items must remain in their original state and unmodified. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Once received, the item will be inspected by our quality control team to verify eligibility and process the warranty.
